As Vice President of Development, Mr. Herbert oversees all aspects of real estate development including land acquisition, municipal approvals, client coordination and serves as a liaison between development, construction and building management. He is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Herbert has 28 years of experience in real estate development and has been with the firm for 20 years.

Mr. Herbert is standing in front of the MVP Healthplan Corporate Headquarters. This design/build project features 175,000 square feet of office space and an 875-car parking garage. MVP’s headquarters is located in Schenectady, New York.
