Mr. Obermayer oversees all corporate financial resources and is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and tax returns, strategic planning, budgeting and risk management. He is also involved in facilitating and negotiating financing for corporate and specific project requirements. Mr. Obermayer is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of General Contractors, the Construction Finance Committee and the Construction Financial Management Association. Mr. Obermayer has been with the company for 15 years.

Mr. Obermayer displays the Marriott Courtyard in Saratoga, NY. The hotel includes 146 guest rooms and features an indoor pool, meeting rooms, an exercise facility and a café.
