As Site Selection Specialist, Mr. O’Byrne is responsible for identifying and assessing commercial real estate opportunities, land acquisition negotiations and managing the regulatory permitting and approval process.

Mr. O’Byrne, a licensed landscape architect, received a BLA degree from the College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University and has over 20 years of experience as a principal and senior manager in the planning, permitting and design of land development projects.
