As a financial analyst and senior accountant, Mr. Picciocca oversees the development company’s accounting staff.  His responsibilities also include creating project proforma models, job cost administration, cost to budget tracking, assisting in commercial loan underwriting and loan administration. Mr. Picciocca is a graduate of Siena College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany with a Masters in Business Administration.

Mr. Picciocca is pictured in front of BBL’s corporate headquarters located in Albany, New York. The 62,000-square-foot office building accommodates employees of the six BBL-affiliated companies. The facility includes several meeting rooms, kitchen areas, an exercise facility and basketball court.
