Mr. Sullivan has been with BBL since 1992. He is responsible for the development of residential properties in the State of Florida and manages a portfolio of income-producing properties with a high concentration in the Capital Region of New York State. Mr. Sullivan is also responsible for facilitating the financing for a variety of real estate products. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Sullivan is also a licensed sales person in New York State and a member of BOMA, Building Owners & Managers Association.
